About The Position

As a Job Coach at Dutton Farm, you will prepare and support adults with disabilities in the workforce. You will work side-by-side with participants at their job sites, helping them build skills, perform job duties, and gain independence. The role requires leadership, consistency, and a commitment to results. You must be available to work Tuesday through Friday during daytime hours and Sunday mornings. The position is in person.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday daytime hours, as well as Sunday mornings.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work directly alongside participants at their job sites, providing real-time support and guidance.
Provide hands-on, one-on-one coaching to help participants complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Provide appropriate emotional support to help participants navigate challenges and remain engaged throughout the workday.
Use positive redirection to guide participants back to tasks and reinforce expectations when needed.
Build and reinforce strong work habits, accountability, and professional behavior in the workplace.
Communicate clearly and consistently with employers, supervisors, and the Dutton Farm team.
Identify challenges quickly and implement practical, solution-focused strategies.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with Dutton Farm standards.
Uphold safety expectations and address concerns promptly.
Track progress toward employment goals and celebrate measurable achievements.
