Requirements

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, with significant experience in the area of implementation and documentation of goal plans and/or in the area of vocational training/job coaching.
• Good written and oral communications skills.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent organization skills, flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass physical and drug screening
• Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
• FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
• TB testing

Responsibilities

• On-site support for individuals working in competitive employment, transitional work, or community volunteer settings.
• Ensure implementation of individualized goal plans, document daily progress, maintain adequate and verifiable records, and compile data for progress reports where necessary.
• Ensure clients are receiving the opportunity to work independently while having professional supervision for safety and job task support.
• Collaborate with families, program specialists, and supports coordinators as requested to gather information needed for job responsibilities, assessments, and evaluations.
• Follow and maintain all regulations, policies, and procedures of McGuire Memorial.
• Provide hands on support to individuals as needed.
