About The Position

The Jira Master will support directors and producers in organizing Jira, from daily tasks to the big picture. This role involves defining and refining company-wide processes, assisting producers with governance, and improving long-term efficiency. The Jira Master will also propose new ways to visualize data, identify production issues, and maintain the daily upkeep of the Jira structure, ensuring sprint and milestone tidiness and enforcing rules.

Requirements

• Become the go-to person for Jira questions and automation.
• Be able to present data-driven outlooks of the way we work to help the team in usual rituals (sprint planning/retro, milestone planning/retro).
• Wider Jira usage in the company and improved user satisfaction through created dashboards and automation.
• Be in touch with every team on a sprintly basis (once every 3 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Help the directors and producers with the organization of Jira, from day-to-day tasks to the big picture.
• Help the team define and refine processes about every aspect of the company, including helping producers with governance and making the company more efficient in the long run.
• Be a source of propositions for new ways of visualizing data or pointing out issues that happen in production.
• Daily upkeep of the Jira structure, sprint and milestone tidiness, and help enforcing the rules.
