We build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our users (boat owners, customers renting boats, and Click&Boat internal teams). By joining Click&Boat, you’ll meet a team of talented, committed, and passionate engineers with a lot of product interactions. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects quickly, whilst being mentored by other talented senior engineers who have made significant contributions at renowned companies like Doctolib (VP of Engineering, Engineering Director & Principal Engineer) and ManoMano. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems! Being a developer at Click&Boat means more than just coding. Our developers are also responsible for preparing their features, collaborating with product managers and designers, monitoring and validating features once in production. Our stack includes up-to-date Angular, PHP, MySQL, Symfony, and we push to production twice a day ! ⭐️ Are you the one we’re looking for? ⭐️ We are looking to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager who will manage up to two squads.

Requirements

You enjoy delivering features that impact the company's KPIs
You have solid experience delivering high-quality feature
You have at least 5 years of experience managing a technical team
You enjoy supporting and coaching your individual contributors, providing regular feedback to help them grow in line with company-wide objectives
You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders across the company
You’re a clear and effective communicator with your teammates.
