Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team in Sarasota, Florida. The role provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. Jewelry Specialists work toward individual and team sales goals and help customers celebrate special moments. Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
