About The Position
Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team. The role provides customers with a superior experience by helping them celebrate life and express love. Jewelry Specialists build personal relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. The position is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
