About The Position

Tiffany & Co. and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) have partnered to launch the second edition of the Tiffany & Co. x CFDA Jewelry Designer Award under its respective social impact platforms, Tiffany Atrium and CFDA IMPACT. This award aims to support the next generation of American jewelry designers, championing those who embody artistic excellence and inventiveness while actively enriching creative expression in the luxury and design industries. Selected participants will engage in a multi-week learning experience and a uniquely curated design challenge dedicated to pushing creative boundaries. The program will take place in New York City, with virtual touchpoints throughout October, November, December 2026, and January of 2027. The Tiffany & Co. x CFDA Jewelry Designer Award Selection Committee will select one final recipient to receive a $50,000 award and a 12-month paid fellowship in Tiffany’s Design department starting Spring 2027. Applicants should demonstrate a love of creativity, inventiveness, and extraordinary savoir-faire that has been synonymous with Tiffany & Co. since its establishment in 1837. The multi-week learning experience will take place in New York, New York from October 6-8 (in-person) the weeks of October 19, November 9 and December 7, January 5 and 22 (virtual), culminating with an award ceremony in New York, New York on February 3, 2027. The one selected Fellow will be compensated $100,000 subject to withholdings for this 12-month assignment commencing Spring 2027 based in New York City.
