About The Position

The JDE Coordinator is responsible for ensuring process orders accurately represent cases produced and material usage, and for closing process orders in a timely manner with minimal changes after closure. This role provides JDE knowledge support to the factory, including delivering training if necessary, and offers daily in-person JDE support to the factory floor. The coordinator prevents inventory issues by ensuring all materials are consumed to Process Orders accurately and works with multiple departments and levels to resolve JDE issues related to Process Orders. This position also proactively identifies and implements improvements in regard to the PO closure process and enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times. The employee is expected to embody the Froneri Way of working through the behaviors and characteristics in our Operating Model and Core Values, promoting a culture of employees being owners rather than just employees. The role requires the ability to work 1st or 2nd shift and perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Measurable outcomes include the accuracy of the PO generated, maintenance of documentation, and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure process orders accurately represent cases produced and material usage
  • Close process orders in a timely manner with minimal changes after closure
  • Provide JDE knowledge support to factory, including delivering training if necessary
  • Provide daily in-person JDE support to factory floor
  • Prevent inventory issues by ensuring all materials are consumed to Process Orders accurately
  • Work with multiple departments and levels to resolve JDE issues related to Process Orders
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in regard to PO closure process
  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
  • Walk the talk and use looking eyes, attend to the issues as and when they happen
  • Represent The Froneri Way of working through the behaviors and characteristics in our Operating Model and Core Values
  • Promote the Froneri culture of employees being owners rather than just employees
  • Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
