About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided. Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions. Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability. Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories. Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards. Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications. Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability. Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects. Requirements

Strong development experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, Micro Services, React Js
Strong hands-on development skills onto Java / JEE technologies, spring boot, Microservices.
Strong hands-on experience on Distributed Systems web development across Java/JEE, Webservices (SOAP / REST)
Strong hands-on experience on Cloud Development, Microservices, CI/CD
High level of competency in software design and software engineering implementation.
Well Versed with common design patterns
XML Webservices experience
Proven ability to effectively deliver results as required
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to operate independently under strict timelines
High level of cultural awareness
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

Experience in working with Scrum teams is an added advantage.
Ability to code is a value add.
Must have strong analytical skills and be able to successfully multitask in an results driven environment.
Work with US and India teams closely on the business requirement / initiative.
Technical point of contact for all technical issues for the assigned module

Responsibilities

Perform a Gap analysis on Requirements, Functional Specs and review with project management team.
Do CICD tasks and mentor others on same.
Play a technical developer role (coding ,code reviews, internal testing sign off etc.) for deliverables from WFI.
Analyze, investigate, and resolve open issues, vulnerabilities, secure coding etc.
Provide technical expertise to support team during incident/problem resolution.
Design solutions for both functional and non-functional requirements
Implement software design and engineering implementation.
Develop software that interacts with Oracle and other databases
Effectively deliver results as required
Operate independently under strict timelines
Train system users
