About The Position

Develop new user-facing features using Java & Microservices and build reusable components and front-end libraries. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready code. Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Document application changes, maintain technical documentation, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA)
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
