Java Fullstack Lead
About The Position
Lead full-stack engineering work to build scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications, primarily in banking and financial services. The role calls for extensive experience with Java JDK 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with Java/J2EE technologies, front-end development, messaging, databases, APIs, and AWS services. The engineer works with Agile methodologies and applies DevOps, TDD, and BDD practices. The description also highlights using GitHub Copilot and other AI tools to accelerate backend development, generate boilerplate code and unit tests, and support documentation.
Requirements
- 14–15 years of experience building enterprise applications.
- Experience in banking and financial services domains.
- Proficiency with Java JDK 17, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring IOC, MVC, Spring REST, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
- Experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful microservices, AWS services, Apache ActiveMQ, Kafka, and NoSQL HBase.
- Experience with Linux and Windows platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Work with MVC frameworks and RESTful microservices, including AWS services and messaging technologies such as ActiveMQ and Kafka.
- Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate backend development and automate boilerplate code generation.
- Leverage AI tools to support unit test generation and documentation.
- Work within Agile methodology.
