About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements that accomplish business goals. The position ensures software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through coding, unit testing, and successful integration into the overall application or system using clear, robust, well-tested interfaces. The role requires awareness of industry development and testing practices and includes capturing requirements in Jira and delivering them according to agreed goals.

The work involves participating in the design, development, reviews, and implementation of application technology platforms, as well as moving applications to a container platform. The role also performs detailed data analysis to identify and resolve issues proactively and support compliance with rules and regulations. The work location is Plano, Texas, with a hybrid arrangement.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience.
• Core Java is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Java, Angular, React, cloud technologies, C#, web-based UI development, JavaScript, object-oriented programming concepts, and design patterns.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Financial knowledge in derivatives.
