Java Full Stack Technical Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Technical Lead to provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. This role involves conducting comprehensive code reviews, establishing and overseeing quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementing best practices and coding standards to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. The Technical Lead will ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies. Collaboration with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables is key, along with preparing and submitting status reports. The role also includes designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications, developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, and building responsive front-end applications using Angular or React. Participation in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions is expected, as is integrating applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance, implementing secure coding standards, and collaborating with QA teams are also core responsibilities. Support for CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation, along with participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, is required. The lead will manage a team, provide technical expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, identify technical risks, and stay updated on the latest web development trends.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Java-based backend development.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web content management and delivery.
Responsibilities
