About The Position
We are seeking an experienced AI Java Full Stack Lead to guide our development teams in creating cutting-edge enterprise healthcare applications. This role involves defining architectural standards, ensuring code quality, and driving technical innovation, particularly in the realm of Artificial Intelligence. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to enhance healthcare workflows, develop intelligent assistants, and support digital transformation initiatives. The position requires a strong blend of technical leadership, hands-on development expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a deep understanding of the healthcare domain.

- 5+ Years Spring Boot & Microservices, REST API Development
- 4+ Years Angular or React Development, JavaScript, HTML & CSS
- 3+ Years Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
- 2+ Years Prompt Engineering
- 2+ Years RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- 2+ Years AI Agents & Agentic AI Frameworks
- 2+ Years Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
- 2+ Years LangChain or Similar AI Frameworks
- 5+ Years SQL & NoSQL Databases
- 3+ Years Azure, AWS, or GCP Cloud Platforms

- Required Healthcare Domain Experience (Payer, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Care Management)

- Healthcare domain experience in Payer, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, or Care Management.
- Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, EDI, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and cloud-native solutions.
- AI, Cloud, or Java certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams in designing and delivering enterprise healthcare applications.
- Define solution architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure application quality, scalability, and security.
- Drive technical discussions and design decisions across teams.
- Design and implement AI-powered healthcare solutions using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Develop AI assistants, intelligent search, chatbot, and automation solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG-based applications and AI agent frameworks.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI/OpenAI services into enterprise applications.
- Design and develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement scalable and secure backend services.
- Integrate applications with cloud, databases, and third-party systems.
- Work on Healthcare Payer, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Care Management, and Clinical applications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand healthcare workflows and requirements.
- Support data-driven healthcare initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and business teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release activities.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.
