Sr full stack Java Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Lead with deep expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating and leading development efforts with both onshore and offshore teams. This role requires extensive experience with Kafka, including Kafka Connect, and a strong understanding of AI concepts. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular is essential. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, along with designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources, is expected. The role also involves working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Amazon DocumentDB, caching solutions like Redis, and message brokers like Kafka. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Harness and monitoring/logging platforms like Splunk is required. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) are also key requirements. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with a keen attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
