About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our Information Technology team. This role requires proficiency in both back-end Java development and front-end technologies to build and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be local to Whippany, NJ or Tampa, FL.

Requirements

Core Java concepts (object-oriented programming, multithreading, collections)
Spring Framework including Spring Boot for microservices and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based applications using core Java concepts, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for microservices.
Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for data storage and retrieval.
Develop user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular.
Utilize Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans for coding and debugging.
Implement and manage code using version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
Manage projects and dependencies using build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Leverage cloud platforms, specifically Azure, for scalable application hosting.
Write and execute unit tests using JUnit.
