About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products that meet customer needs. The role participates in the full software development lifecycle, from software architecture and coding through quality testing and deployment. It covers development of both user interfaces and server-side components. The developer will work with customers and cross-functional teams to understand use cases and requirements, select suitable technologies and deployment approaches, design application architecture, and deliver user-centric solutions. The position also includes improving application performance, implementing security practices, and evaluating emerging technologies. The role is onsite in Dearborn, Michigan. Stefanini describes itself as a global provider of outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises.

Requirements

At least 4 years of total experience in the IT industry.
At least 3 years of development experience as a full stack developer.
Experience with GCP, C++, React, Teamcenter, Java, and MongoDB.
Experience with Teamcenter ITK customization, AWC customization, and Teamcenter Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, and advocate for user-centric software solutions.
Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering software using relevant tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies, and technologies.
Assess application or service requirements and determine suitable technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
Create high-level software architecture designs outlining application structure, components, and interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and architects.
Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with organizational objectives, regulations, and industry best practices.
Continuously improve application performance and optimize applications; implement technologies to improve development efficiency.
Apply programming practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Support security practices that safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization.
Create user-friendly, interactive interfaces.
Develop and maintain back-end applications, including APIs and microservices, using server-side languages.
Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities, and participate in solutions involving new technology stack layers.
