About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in J2EE technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and front-end development using React.js. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reusable components, implementing TypeScript, and managing state efficiently with Redux, Zustand, or Context API. You will also focus on improving application performance and ensuring responsive and accessible UI. Experience with Java/JEE, SQL Database Development, and Enterprise Application Integration (IBM WebSphere) is required. A solid understanding of software quality development processes, testing, verification, and validation is essential. Excellent communication skills, web fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript), Agile methodologies, and experience with tools like TFS and JIRA are also necessary. Experience with jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Angular, Node.js, and Bootstrap is beneficial for debugging and resolving web applications, as well as REST API development and integration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in J2EE technologies
- Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL
- 7+ years of experience in front end development in React js
- 4+ years’ experience in Java/JEE-Code coverage/analysis
- 2-4 years’ experience with SQL Database Development
- 1-2 years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration-IBM WebSphere
- Understanding of software quality development and implementation, software inspection, testing, verification and validation, and software development and maintenance processes and methods
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies
- Experience with TFS, JIRA
- jQuery and Java Script skills
- HTML5 and CSS experience
- Working experience with bootstrap
- REST API development and integration

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable React components.
- Implement TypeScript best practices for strongly typed applications.
- Architect efficient and optimized state management using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Improve application performance with techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and virtualized lists.
- Ensure responsive and accessible UI using modern CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Styled Components).

- Perform SQL Database Development.
