About The Position

This is a hands-on technical role focused on Java development and business analysis within laboratory informatics solutions. The position involves configuring, implementing, and supporting software solutions, writing Jira stories, and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. The role requires working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and solutions meet customer expectations. Requirements

Bachelor ’s or master ’s degree (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of hands-on Java development experience (required)
Experience with business analysis, Jira, and story writing

Nice To Haves

Laboratory informatics or LIMS experience preferred
Agilent SLIMS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and support software solutions using Java
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Jira stories and user stories
Assist in solution design, implementation, and integration within customer environments
Ensure solutions function as designed and meet customer expectations
On-site 3 4 days/week
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver projects on time
