About The Position

Join Talentbyte remote team, as a Java Developer. This role is open to junior–mid level engineers; what matters most to us isn’t your years of experience, but your mindset, curiosity, and drive to grow. PaymentIQ is a SaaS payment orchestration platform built to help merchants centrally manage, optimise and scale payment flows across providers and markets. Through a single integration, PaymentIQ connects merchants to more than 260 payment service providers, reducing the cost and complexity of adding new providers, supporting expansion into new markets and enabling flexible checkout experiences. Our team brings deep familiarity with payment orchestration operations, including hands-on experience using platforms in both PSP and merchant environments.

Requirements

• Around 2-3 years of experience with active development.
• Product mindset, genuinely curious about the product, eager to understand how things work on a deeper level, and motivated to make an impact beyond just writing code.
• Ability working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (the work is done in English).
• Java 17-21, Spring framework, SQL, Rest/Json , Docker, Redis, TDD, CI/CD, Web Services (REST, SOAP), Spring Boot/Security/MVC, Maven, MySQL, Elasticsearch.

• Experience in the financial industry and/or e-commerce business is always a ➕.
