Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business clients.
• Proven mentorship capability, comfortably running daily standups, guiding junior developers, and setting code quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java and related frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate to support enterprise-level systems and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and established coding standards while debugging issues and optimizing application performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and developers to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable software solutions.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices, version control, and continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, enhance system functionality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation, maintainability, and overall application performance across distributed environments.
