About The Position
The Java Backend Developer will build backend solutions using Java, middleware, microservices, and RESTful APIs. The role involves working with containerization technologies, Cassandra, modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced, agile development environment. The position is onsite in Bellevue, Washington, for a 12-month duration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Java development, middleware, microservices, and RESTful API design.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with NoSQL, specifically Cassandra.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles.
- Experience with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
