About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to lead the technical design and development of Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and service integrations. This role involves guiding code quality, conducting pull request reviews, establishing testing standards, and promoting engineering best practices. You will be responsible for integration patterns with downstream services, OAuth2/Keycloak security, RabbitMQ messaging, and Oracle/JPA persistence. Collaboration with product, QA, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams is crucial for delivering production-ready capabilities. The role also includes mentoring engineers and translating business requirements into clear technical implementation plans.
