Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Property and Casualty
About The Position
This role is the starting line for building a career in commercial insurance. This is a career opportunity with rapid advancement potential for a motivated, capable person with a great work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. You would need to get a Property & Casualty license within the first 3 months of hire. The work is challenging and fast-paced, the people are friendly, and we take pride in the work we do. Requirements
- Professional level bilingual in English and Japanese (speak, read, write).
- Motivated to develop a challenging, rewarding and stable career in commercial insurance.
- Confident in MS Office skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and a great communicator.
- Interested in and capable of working in a professional hybrid work environment (at home + in office, professional attire expected).
- Located within reasonable commuting distance to our Torrance, CA location.
- Eligible to work in the US without visa support.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in both English and Japanese.
- Learn and utilize new technology.
- Obtain a Property & Casualty license within the first 3 months of hire.
