About The Position
Our client, an internationally known company, is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English Corporate Access Specialist to support the planning and execution of corporate roadshows, investment conferences, and client events for North American investors and Japanese/Asian corporate clients. This is a temporary position expected to last 6-12 months.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Japanese with business-level English.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of corporate access, investor relations, or related financial services experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to travel throughout North America and accompany clients on reverse roadshows to Asia.
- Frequent communication with colleagues in Japan and Asia outside normal business hours due to time zone differences.
Nice To Haves
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate corporate roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Manage meeting schedules, travel logistics, and onsite event support.
- Collaborate with teams in Japan, Hong Kong, and North America.
- Build strong relationships with corporate management and institutional investors.
