About The Position

Permanent full-time and part-time janitorial positions are available across Upstate South Carolina on all shifts. Roles include General Cleaner, Day Porter, Utility Tech, Floor Tech, Lead/Shift Supervisor, and Site Supervisor. Pay ranges from $10 to $21, depending on the position and work location. Experience is preferred but is not required for most positions. Employees must be able to repeatedly lift 35–50 pounds. A valid South Carolina driver's license and motor vehicle record (MVR) are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other duties assigned by a supervisor.
• For Day Porter roles, restock bathrooms and put away supplies, in addition to general cleaning duties.
• For Supervisor roles, perform cleaning duties, supervise employees, coordinate special tasks, and assist the Manager in ensuring buildings are cleaned according to scope.
• For Utility Tech roles, duties may include clearing storm drains; setting up and breaking down rooms or events; using a forklift to move cardboard; sweeping and mopping around machines; removing metal chips; cleaning windows and bathrooms; emptying trash and removing cardboard; cleaning outdoor plant storage areas; pressure-washing outdoor concrete; and other assigned duties.
• For Floor Tech roles, strip and wax floors, buff floors, use various floor-care equipment, and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
