The Janitorial position is about: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces. Polish silverware and assist with dish area organization. Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and walk-ins. Restock dining room items (napkins, condiments, to-go supplies, etc.). Ensure service stations remain clean, stocked, and organized. Adheres to all Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
