About The Position
The Nascence Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial professional for our Pasadena, TX location. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing a variety of custodial and cleaning duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. It will consist of cleaning of the Army, Airforce, Navy, Marines recruiting station offices, they are all side by side.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash receptacles while ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness standards.
- Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue, and report inventory shortages as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Follow assigned work schedules, complete all janitorial tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional, courteous attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
