Requirements
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass any required background screening.
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, visitor center, maintenance office, breakroom, conference room, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and surfaces.
- Dust furniture, desks, counters, and other surfaces.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces as required.
- Replenish restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Perform carpet cleaning services as required by the contract.
- Use contractor-furnished cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment in the performance of services.
- Maintain the facility in accordance with contract cleaning requirements.
