About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility environment. The role involves operating various types of cleaning equipment and working as part of a team to complete routine and other tasks. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to follow directions, and capable of making decisions and adapting duties as needed.
Requirements
- Dependability.
- Ability to follow directions in verbal and written form.
- Ability to make decisions and change duties with the needs of the plant.
- Ability to perform a variety of detail work.
- Ability to stand, twist, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb ladders and stairs and lift on a continuous basis for an 8-hour work day.
Nice To Haves
- Previous industrial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Willingness to be trained on additional duties as experience grows and need arises in the department.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and healthy facility environment.
- Running and maintaining various types of cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, riders, and manual and walk-behind machines.
- Working as a team daily to complete routine and other tasks.
- Making decisions and changing duties based on the needs of the plant.
- Performing a variety of detail work.
