Requirements
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Pompano area.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining all restrooms safe and clean at all times.
- Maintaining windows, floors, counter tops, kitchen safe and clean at all times
- Organized all faculty furniture
- Reorganized pool deck furniture.
- Removal office trash.
- Mop floor
- Clean office windows interior and exterior.
- Remove garage and trash daily.
- Report and visible repaired needed to the management office
- Pick up any visible trash from the ground and from the plants beds
- Report any safety hazard immediately to the management office.
- Reorganized pool deck furniture.
- Maintain pool deck clean and free from all trash.
- Other jobs function can be designated by the Property Manager.
