About The Position
Eagle Technologies designs and manufactures state of the art aircraft systems and components for the aerospace industry, with a niche in helicopter rotor system and prop blade development. We are AS9100 Rev D certified in all aspects of our operation, working routinely in both composites and aerospace metals. Our team takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility that supports high-quality production and employee success. Salary: $19-25/hr dependent on qualifications and related experience Job Type: Full time Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision, 401K with matching, paid holidays and time off The Janitorial Technician is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the facility. This role supports both office and production environments by maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient workplace for all employees and visitors.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a US citizen
- Team player
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning priorities
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in both office and industrial/manufacturing environments
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
- Restock restroom, kitchen, and janitorial supplies as needed
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas regularly
- Support cleanliness in manufacturing areas while following all safety protocols
- Maintain janitorial equipment and notify management of supply or repair needs
- Assist with facility organization and light general maintenance tasks as assigned
- Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards
- Other activities as directed
