About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Support Technician to assist with cleaning operations at commercial facilities in Fremont, Ohio, and surrounding areas. The position supports daily cleaning needs, provides coverage at assigned locations, and helps maintain clean, safe, and professional environments. The technician works directly with the Area Manager and travels between job sites as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, for 25 hours per week.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.
Must be 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel between job sites.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and follow directions from the Area Manager.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing daily assignments and priorities.
Ability to perform physical duties associated with commercial cleaning, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

Perform general commercial cleaning and janitorial duties at assigned facilities.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and maintain other surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners.
Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
Provide cleaning support and coverage at multiple locations based on daily operational needs.
Coordinate assignments, schedules, and priorities with the Area Manager.
Travel between commercial job sites as required.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver quality service at every assigned location.
