About The Position

MahlerClean is hiring a full-time Janitorial Supervisor for its Grafton location on Port Washington Road. The role involves performing daily janitorial duties while providing on-the-job training and supervising a team of two. The supervisor is also responsible for maintaining supply inventory and following quality assurance standards.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The pay rate is $21 per hour.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be accessible by telephone.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial tasks, including vacuuming, waste collection, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Supervise a team of two team members.
• Maintain supply inventory.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards.
