This role involves leading a cleaning team, performing hands-on cleaning tasks, conducting quality inspections, and supporting management with training and inventory. Requirements

1–3 years of solid janitorial/cleaning experience with proven leadership skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure daily duties are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Work alongside the crew in general cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting, restroom care, and vacuuming.
Act as the primary lead for quality inspections to keep the facility looking top-notch.
Support management by training new team members, managing supply inventories, and coordinating special projects.
