Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish)
About The Position

We design and deliver custom-engineered, end-to-end fiber connectivity solutions for the data centers, 5G networks, and AI infrastructure shaping the next decade, and our customers need them in weeks, not months. In five years we've grown to a team of 200+ and 4x'd our revenue in the last year alone, and we're just getting started. We're looking for builders who want to shape what this company becomes. You'll own the day-to-day operations of our production floor and lead a team of skilled technicians. You'll coordinate schedules, solve problems on the fly, lead continuous improvement, and make sure we're delivering quality products on time. Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in fiber optics
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or strong vocational or technical education
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership ability
- Self-motivated with careful problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Communicate clearly and can manage multiple priorities at once
- Can pick up new methods quickly and adapt to changing needs on the floor

Responsibilities
- Supervise production schedules and coordinate teams to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead improvements to boost efficiency
- Lead daily production meetings to review goals, performance metrics, and address team concerns
- Develop manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital resources, and manage labor expenses
- Keep equipment maintained, enforce safety guidelines, and make sure quality standards are met
- Evaluate employees, manage the labor pool, and create or recommend manufacturing policies and procedures
