About The Position
The Janitorial Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing general cleaning duties and supervising employees to ensure buildings are cleaned according to the scope of work. This role involves coordinating tasks, assisting management, and performing cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming.
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate with employees to complete special tasks.
- Assist the Manager in ensuring buildings are cleaned per the scope of work.
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the Manager.
