About The Position
The Janitorial Site Supervisor will keep operations running smoothly while working right alongside their crew. This role ensures excellence in cleaning services and assists the Manager to ensure the facility is cleaned according to high-quality scope. Daily tasks include performing general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, supervising employees, coordinating teams for special tasks, driving a golf cart on-site, and utilizing specialized floor cleaning equipment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of cleaning or leadership experience.
- Experience operating floor equipment and driving a golf cart is required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
- Consistent attendance for the 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift.
Responsibilities
- Performing general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
- Supervising employees on the floor and coordinating teams to complete special tasks.
- Assisting the Manager to ensure the facility is cleaned according to our high-quality scope.
- Driving a golf cart on site and utilizing specialized floor cleaning equipment.
