About The Position

The Janitorial Maintenance role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and overseeing the repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electrostatic precipitator, and other restaurant equipment. The role also involves general upkeep to ensure optimal operating results and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Employees support the company’s facility operations and perform maintenance and some janitorial duties. A flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays, is required. Staff are expected to work and act consistently with the core values and mission of Phil’s BBQ (“PHILS WAY”).

• Support the company’s facility operations.
• Perform maintenance and some janitorial duties.
