About The Position

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining the property in a first-class manner, with attention to detail across grounds, building interiors, restrooms, locker rooms, sidewalks, and safety. This full-time position performs general maintenance and repairs, custodial and sanitation duties, seasonal upkeep, and cleanliness checks across designated areas. The role also supports the Operations Manager with receiving-related tasks and other duties as needed. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; hours and days may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of prior maintenance experience.
• Enthusiasm about the Medical Marijuana Industry.

Nice To Haves

• Prior custodial experience.
• FBI/BCI state-mandated background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance and repairs of building equipment and structures as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Perform custodial duties and sanitize areas to maintain a clean working environment for staff and visitors.
• Perform seasonal work, including spreading ice melt, checking for pavement heaving that may create trip hazards, removing unsightly weeds, and checking landscaping and fences for damage.
• Maintain the cleanliness of areas including parking areas, entrances, walkways, docks, and common areas.
• Detect and report damaged or broken tools, equipment, or vehicles to the Operations Manager.
• Assist the Operations Manager with receiving department tasks, including receiving and logging packages, keeping the area clean, and managing inventory.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
