About The Position

We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Candidate to perform light janitorial and maintenance tasks. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, including cleaning air filters, wiping surfaces with antibacterial solutions, and general cleaning duties. The position requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance and/or cleaning roles.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean air filters outdoors with a hose and reinsert them into air intakes.
• Wipe plastic folders with antibacterial solution.
• Maintain and repair lighting systems, including changing bulbs.
• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, restrooms, offices, and other designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly and disposed of properly.
• Clean and maintain exterior areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and spills to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with safety protocols.
