About The Position

Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking janitorial with light maintenance personnel. This role involves performing general detailed cleaning duties for all common areas of the community and responding to special needs as directed by management. The position requires independent work and adherence to a janitorial cleaning schedule.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
Must pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
References, criminal background check, MVR and drug screen required.

Be familiar with cleaning solvents.

Responsibilities

Perform general detailed cleaning duties for all common areas of the community.
Respond to special needs as directed by management.
Follow the Janitorial Cleaning Schedule for completion of daily, weekly, monthly requirements.
Dust, vacuum, clean, sanitize, mop, and dispose of trash in common areas.
Replenish disposable supplies in common areas.
Notify management of residential rule violations or problems on the property.
Assist with maintenance-related projects as requested, including meeting set-up and landscaping.
Maintain inventory of supplies and submit requests for orders.
Operate various cleaning equipment.
Use OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety.
