About The Position

Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking janitorial with light maintenance personnel. Requirements

Must have valid driver’s license.
High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Must pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
Must have a CPO or be willing to become CPO certified.
References, criminal background check, MVR and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Work independently, without supervision, to perform general detailed cleaning duties for all common areas of the community.
Respond to special needs as directed by management.
Follow the Janitorial Cleaning Schedule for completion of daily, weekly, monthly requirements.
Dust, vacuum, clean, sanitize, mop, and dispose of trash to the building in common areas.
Be familiar with cleaning solvents.
Replenish disposable supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, to avoid resident inconvenience in common area.
Notify management for follow up on residential rule violations or problems on the property.
Assist with maintenance related projects as requested; including meeting set-up, landscape, etc.
Maintain inventory of supplies and submit request for orders, as needed.
Operate various cleaning equipment as necessary.
Use OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety.
