About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Facilities Janitor / Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping spaces looking their best, and values being part of a supportive team. In this position, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the community clubhouse, pool area, and surrounding grounds while assisting with light maintenance tasks to ensure residents and guests enjoy a clean and comfortable atmosphere every day.

- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Pressure wash walkways, building exteriors, and common areas as needed
- Clean and sanitize clubhouse and pool restrooms
- Keep pool and outdoor areas clean by removing debris, trash, and palm fronds
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout shared community spaces
- Clean windows and maintain the appearance of common areas
- Perform routine trash collection and disposal
- Blow leaves and debris from sidewalks, walkways, and driveways
- Assist with light maintenance and general upkeep duties
