Requirements

Prior janitorial or groundskeeping experience preferred.
Ability to operate equipment such as a utility vehicle and standard cleaning tools (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working evening and night hours, including weekends and holidays.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Keeping the property clean, safe, and properly closed down each night.
Servicing restrooms and performing a full clean at closing.
Removing litter and trash from receptacles and throughout the property.
Wiping down and straightening outdoor seating areas.
Removing debris and litter from planters and landscaped areas.
Cleaning administrative offices each night, including trash removal, floor care, and wiping down touchpoints and appliances.
Safely operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, including a vacuum and a utility vehicle.
Keeping towels, mops, carts, and storage areas clean and organized.
Assisting with setup, cleanup, and teardown for property events.
Responding promptly to spills or other cleaning emergencies.
Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to the Site Supervisor immediately.
