About The Position
Join our team as a Janitorial Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment for this large Huntsville school campus. This is a part-time role with a consistent evening schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays off, stay active throughout your shift, and know that your efforts directly contribute to the health and success of the local school community.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic is a must!
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of a large school campus during evening hours.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and classrooms to ensure a safe environment.
- Perform floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.
- Ensure restrooms are cleaned and fully restocked for the next school day.
