About The Position

We are a very stable and reliable company and are looking for hard working, motivated, and reliable candidates. This is a full-time position with on-call duties. The shift is Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, though times may be adjusted. The pay is $19.00 per hour with weekly pay. Benefits include access to Blue Cross Blue Shield Major Medical Health Insurance.

Requirements

Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/team.
Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.
Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisor experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Managing labor needs.
Manage cleaning crew. Work alongside team.
Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory.
Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.
Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites.
Assist with employee recruiting/onboarding.
Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time.
