About The Position

Crawford Facility Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Associate to clean and maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, and production areas. This role involves daily cleaning tasks, occasional use of a floor scrubber, and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail. The position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to become part of a 100% associate-owned company.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (approximately 8-10 hours).
• Standing: Continuously
• Walking: Continuously
• Sitting: Never
• Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently.
• Reaching/Working Overhead: Frequently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, and production areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing.
• Stock supplies.
• Occasionally use a powered walk-behind floor scrubber.
