Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain building interiors, including floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, and glass surfaces.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using appropriate tools and equipment.
Use and handle chemical cleaners and cleaning solutions according to established procedures.
Dust furniture, walls, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
Clean and service restrooms, including restocking supplies.
Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials.
Clean and sanitize tabletops, chairs, and common-use areas.
Keep janitorial closets neat and orderly and ensure equipment is in good order.
Request and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipment.
Notify supervisors or management of maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issues.
Maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
