About The Position
ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary workplace, supporting a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The cleaner also maintains cleaning equipment and supplies, reports facility or supply concerns to a supervisor, and assists with meeting and event setup and cleanup as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
